Returns & Exchanges

We understand that fragrance is personal. Unused and unburned candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the scent is not the right fit for you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Candles that have been burned or used are not eligible for return or exchange. Once a candle has been lit, it is considered accepted by the customer and is final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. We ask that you send photos of the damaged item and packaging.
