Handcrafted Quality

Every TEAGAN RYLEY candle is hand-poured using premium ingredients and high-quality glass vessels. Because each candle is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance may occur from batch to batch. These subtle differences are a natural part of the hand-poured process and do not affect the quality or performance of your candle.

Our candles are made with a premium coconut-soy wax blend, contain no paraffin, and are crafted with 100% cotton wicks. All our fragrances are phthalate-free.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that fragrance is personal. Unused and unburned candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the scent is not the right fit for you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a candle has been burned, it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. We ask that you send photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Candle Safety & Care

TEAGAN RYLEY candles are carefully tested for performance and safety when used as directed. For the best burn experience and to enjoy your candle safely:

  • Trim wicks to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
    • On the first burn, allow the wax to melt as close to the edge of the vessel as possible. For our large candles, this may take approximately 4 hours. A small amount of wax remaining along the sides is normal and will typically melt down during subsequent burns.
  • Before re-lighting a candle, let the candle cool completely
  • Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains in the vessel.
  • Keep candles away from drafts, fans, and vents.
  • Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and other flammable materials.

Always follow the candle care and safety instructions provided with your candle. TEAGAN RYLEY is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper candle care, or failure to follow recommended safety instructions.

After the Burn — Reuse & Repurpose

Give your TEAGAN RYLEY vessel a second life.

Carefully remove any remaining wax by warming the vessel in a 170°F oven until the wax has softened, then wipe clean. Remove the wick and wick tab, and wash thoroughly before repurposing.

Our oversized candle vessels make beautiful statement pieces throughout the home—perfect for fresh flowers, potpourri, bathroom storage, or decorative accents.

Our smaller vessels are made from food-grade glass and can transition effortlessly into elegant Old Fashioned glasses, adding a refined touch to your barware collection.

Each TEAGAN RYLEY candle is hand-poured and prepared with care. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Shipping is included with every order — no minimum purchase and no additional shipping fees at checkout. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
